Drawing from over two decades of lived mental health recovery experience, mental health advocacy, peer support work, and creative problem-solving, Jason provides a unique blend of encouragement, insight, and practical ideas to help you continue your journey toward greater well-being.

This is not therapy. Instead, it is a supportive coaching and inspiration session focused on helping you:

Individual coaching sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes long.
